The Nigerian Ports Authority NPA, recently in Lagos hosted the first quarter 2023 Charter Global Ministerial Committee Meeting in line with efforts to promote ease of doing business in the port industry and enhance efficiency and cost reduction.

Managing Director of the authority, Mohammed Bello- Koko, who spoke during the event, said the management under his watch is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring efficient service delivery through automation and digitisation of port operations. This, he said is in tandem with its commitment to strictly enforcing Federal Government’s ease of doing business policy.

Speaking at the event, the National Coordinator/CEO of SERVICOM in Nigeria, Nnena Akajemeli, also Madam SERVICOM because of her passion and commitment to efficiency, commended the NPA MD for his giant strides in promoting efficient service delivery at the nation’s seaports across board.

A high point of the one-day event was the presentation of a souvenir by the national coordinator to Bello-Koko in recognition and appreciation of his giant strides, especially in terms of promoting efficient service delivery.
