CRFFN, PEBEC seek to boost Nigeria’s trade, logistics environment

The Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria CRFFN, has commenced strategic partnership with the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council PEBEC, with a view to boosting the country’s trade and logistics environment.
Registrar/CEO of the CRFFN, Mr. Igwe Kingsley Onyekachi, May 16, 2025, led a team of CRFFN management on a working visit to the Director General of PEBEC, Zahrah Mustafa Audu in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.

Discussions between both agencies focused on capacity building for freight forwarding stakeholders, implementation of the National Single Window NSW policy, and aligning efforts toward enhancing the ease of doing business and other related trade reforms.
According to the CRFF CEO, the visit reinforced a mutual commitment of the Council to stakeholder engagement, streamlined logistics processes, and the development of targeted training programmes.
Both parties expressed readiness to work together on initiatives that promote efficiency, policy awareness, and long-term impact in the industry, marking a step forward in strengthening Nigeria’s business environment through strategic partnership.
