The Nigerian Ports Authority NPA and the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding Practice In Nigeria CRFFN have commenced a partnership that is designed the growth and development of the country’s shipping industry.

This partnership followed a recent visit of the Registrar/CEO of the CRFFN, Mr. Kingsley Onyekachi Igwe to the Marina, Lagos headquarters of the NPA.
Managing Director/CEO of NPA, Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, led other top management of the Authority to accord a warm reception to the visiting CRFFN team.
Our correspondent gathered that their discussions focused on strengthening partnerships and enhancing industry growth.
Recall that Mr. Igwe was appointed Registrar/CEO of the CRFFN about four months, more than two years after the expiration of the four-year tenure of the immediate past Registrar/CEO, Barr. Sam Nwakaohu, a development that created so much vacuum in the operations of the Council.
