The Managing Director/CEO, of the Nigerian Ports Authority NPA, Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho led the top management of the Authority to receive the management of the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria CRFFN, led by the Registrar/CEO, Mr. Kingsley Igwe, FCILT on Wednesday September 2, 2026 at the NPA headquarters, Marina-Lagos.

The engagement focused on the proposed deployment of Logroom 4.1, an integrated digital freight logistics platform featuring a standardised pricing mechanism and an insurance indemnity platform for freight forwarders, truckers and other logistics service providers.

The initiative is aimed at advancing transparency, efficiency and digitalisation within Nigeria’s freight and logistics sector.
