Service Compact SERVICOM, a directorate under the presidency which seeks to improve citizens’ satisfaction by promoting service has expressed its willingness to partner the Nigerian Ports Authority towards enhancing the efficiency of the nation’s seaports through efficient service delivery.

Assistant Director of the directorate, Ngozi Akinbodewa, who made the pledge during working visit to NPA, said the presidency was fully behind the management of the authority in its efforts to enthrone a regime of efficient port operations.

Meanwhile, Managing Director of NPA, Hadiza Bala Usman, who played host to the visiting assistant director, assured that the authority was resolute in enhancing efficient port operations with a view to making the nation’s seaports globally competitive.

She also assured that the management under her supervision will leave no stone unturned towards achieving 24-hour port operations.
