No fewer than 90 members of staff of the SIFAX Group have been honoured under the 2021 Long Service Award, which cuts across junior, middle, senoir and top executive management cadres. They were rewarded at an event held recently in Lagos by the Executive Vice Chairman of the Group, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi.

The Executive Vice Chairman said the award was the company’s way of appreciating and rewarding the staffers for their contributions to the growth and development of the company over the years.

He therefore charged them to see the honour as a morale booster for the organisation, pledging that the welfare and wellbeing of the workforce would remain a priority of the SIFAX Group.

Some of the awardees include the Group Head, IT, Kayode Ogunwole, Assistant General Manager, Legal/Claims, Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited, Talabi Adekita and Executive Director/Senior Special Assistant to the GEVC, Barr. Ezekiel Ajewole, who were among the 15-year cadre.

Others include the Managing Director, Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited, a subsidiary of SIFAX Group, John Jenkins, who was rewarded for serving the company for 10 years.
