Freight Forwarders under the aegis of Concerned Nigeria Registered Freight Forwarders CNRFF is concluding plans to hold its first ever Freight Forwarders’ Summit to chart a new course for the freight forwarding sub-sector in particular and the transport sector as a whole.

A statement by the spokesperson of the group, Chidi Anthony Opara, said the summit, which is being organised in partnership with the Freight Forwarders’ Consultative Forum FFCF of the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding Practice in Nigeria CRFFN, is scheduled to hold on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Rockview Hotel, Festac Town, Lagos at 10am prompt.

The statement reads in part: “The maiden summit, which would feature who is who in the maritime and aviation industry, would discuss the challenges of the freight forwarding sub-sector and proffer lasting solutions to those challenges.”

The group urged the stakeholders in the transport sector, especially the maritime and aviation industry to avail themselves of the opportunity provided by this maiden summit to contribute their quota to the growth and development of the freight forwarding practice in Nigeria in particular for the overall welfare of the maritime and aviation industry as well as the nation’s economy by attending the event to discuss the challenges and proffer workable solutions.
