The Executive Secretary/CEO of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council NSC Dr. Akutah Pius, MON, joined other chief executives of federal government parastatals and agencies at the 14th Cohort of the Mandatory Training Programme for Chief Executive Officers organised by the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria ASCON), Topo-Badagry, Lagos.
